I must admit that, like so many young people, I had been hoping for a path that would lead me away from the known world of my family. And I certainly tried my best. But it was not to be. So here I am, a senior teacher and facilitator in the Voice Dialogue community – and delighted to have found my true home.
My own emphasis goes beyond the relational and psycho-spiritual aspects of this work to include the physical realm. It has been my own experience with illness that gifts me with a deep understanding of the wisdom of the body and the transformative role of illness as teacher. I created Body Dialogue as an adjunct to Voice Dialogue as a means of honoring the overall voice of the body and its numerous selves/parts.
Although I was always interested in my father’s world (even before he and Sidra developed their work), I also traveled widely in my own psycho-spiritual explorations. In the early days, I studied with Paul Solomon, the Diamond Heart teachings and trained with Peter Fenner of Radiant Mind.
My interest in supporting the Voice Dialogue community led to the development of the “Colorado Convergence”, a community-building gathering that has become a bi-yearly international event.

My CD, BODY WALK MEDITATIONS, takes the listener on an inner journey through the body.
The "SELVES IN A BOX", an interactive card deck, offers an exciting opportunity to discover and explore the inner world of the selves.
Areas of Interest:
I see my role as helping to empower others as they develop an Aware Ego process. I do this through inquiring into their relationships, their personal process, their dreams, and the challenges that may be presented by an illness or injury. I am particularly interested in the cultivation of presence.
I offer the following:
Voice Dialogue facilitation, Levels I and II trainings, private tutorials, dream tele-groups, individual and conjoint sessions, and supervision. I work either in person or via Skype or telephone.

TRAIN-THE-TRAINER
The Train-the-Trainer program is a comprehensive program designed to support those interested in adding a new professional dimension to their private practice by facilitating Level I trainings. It includes a variety of useful teaching tools and materials including film snippets and an audio CD.
BODY DIALOGUE I:
Meet Your Body – Weekend Discovery Retreats
This unique workshop will allow you to fully understand your body/mind connections as you tap into your inner well of information and knowing. Explore your individual patterns while tracking the source of stress and tension as well as injury and illness.
BODY DIALOGUE II:
Three-Day Body Dialogue Intensive and Facilitator Training
Move further into the Body Dialogue Experience. Designed for Voice Dialogue Facilitators or health care professionals who want to add a new dimension to their practice as well as individuals who want to increase their personal relationship with the body and its numerous Selves.

| My current home base is Boulder Colorado. I have an international practice both on Skype and telephone and I am available to teach abroad. In addition to my group trainings in Level I and Level II Voice Dialogue and Body Dialogue, I run ongoing dream groups via conference calls and have a comprehensive Train the Trainer program for facilitators who are ready to embark upon teaching Level I trainings. I am available for private tutorials (professional or personal process) for either individuals or couples. In addition working within the Voice Dialogue community as a senior staff and trainer, I have presented my work at Esalen Institute, the Omega Institute, Antioch University, Mile High Church of Denver, Kenzeon Zen Center and Pepperdine University. |
